Templating the list, don't take the new default.php into the right folder

Hi,
I'm trying to have a template feet to my need,at this time just the h3 tag for the list's title, but even if I copy paste the bootstrap one folder to a new one, I've the new one under the list's layout configuration but seems the output feet to the bootstrap and not to the new one (the same attach to the configuration).

Let me know if it's dupicate for you because for me it's the case

which folder are you copying from and to - please give the full path.
Are you running the latest code from github?
Do you have a menu item for the list and if so what template have you selected there?

I copy paste .../components/com_fabrik/views/list/tmpl/bootstrap = > .../components/com_fabrik/views/list/tmpl/bootstraphk
I'm runing the Gith from 823 10/06/2013
I don't have a menu item's for the list and I embed the list on an article with the Fabrik module list :
{fabrik view=list id=3 pg_lots___prog_id=1 pg_lots___display=1}

Can you try adding layout=bootstraphk to your plugin string.
