what causes the error "The requested URL /test/index2.php was not found"?

Hi,
"The requested URL /test/index2.php was not found"
I experience this error when either using button "export to csv" or the printbutton for the form. Same problem both frontend en backend. Relativ url for "export to csv" frontend: .../index2.php?option=com_fabrik&task=export&tableid=3&no_html=1. Activated csv for frontend. Can't see what else I should have done. Any ideas?

I'm using 1.0.4 and latest SVN.

Looks like index2.php is missing from your Joomla root.

Of course! Found the file in the installation package. Works fine now. But should there be done som configuration on this clean index2.php file, or is this a static file? (Wonder also a bit how the file has been deleted or why it never was installed?)

It's a standard part of the Joomla install, nothing to do with Fabrik. Maybe your ftp client had a hiccup when you originally uploaded Joomla.
