Why 'Is Numeric' validation for element is not available in Fabrikar 3.0.6.3?

Hi,

I need to validate a field, whether the entered value is number or not.
I wanted the field is only for numeric.

There is a plugin 'is numeric' for elements in Fabrikar 2.x. Why 'Is Numeric' plugin validation for element is not available in Fabrikar 3.0.6.3?

Could some one help me how to display an error message to the user if the value entered in a field is not numeric?

'Is Numeric' plugin not available for element validation.
The drop-down list has very few plugins, I have installed 'is alpha numeric', 'is not'...

Please let me know where can I obtain 'Is Numeric' plugin for Fabrikar 3.0.6.3?
Or Please suggest me PHP code to validate the field (the field should hold numeric only).
