CDD: Filter Data: Always shows all values

No ideas about the show all / recorded data thing?
In this example
http://demo.fabrikar.com/index.php/elements/cascading-dropdown
there would be nothing to select in Region and City if the filter is set to recorded data. Is this intended?

I'm not sure what you are doing or asking to be honest

in the form view I always want to see all values.

for what element? Is this a cascading dropdown element? If so then no it will only show options related to the selction made in the element it is observing.

But when I set filter to recorded data, I only see recorded data in the list view.

well isn't that right? I presume you mean that the filter is populated with the recorded data?

Can I change this so I can see recorded data in list view an all data in form view?

See above, if what you are referring to is the cascading dropdown element then no, this is not how the element works, but as I said right at the beginning 'm not sure to have fully understood your question

OK, I think this may be fixed in github.

I've added a test in ajax_getOptions(), so we now only test for the "filter data" setting, and hence potentially only restrict displayed options to "recorded data" only, if the method is being called in a list filter context, not a form display context.
