Issue reported in gamma version is still there in delta release.
When using filters in list this is shown, but filtering works normally.

Deprecated messages are only notices showing up in debug mode/high error reporting level.
But
Can you change components\com_fabrik\models\listfilter.php line 1270
to
$ajaxPost = StringHelper::strtolower($input->server->get('HTTP_X_REQUESTED_WITH',''));
and see if it's gone?
