We have now opened a commercial services section here on the forum for registered users. If you have a Fabrik project that you wish to have someone work on for you, post it under Help Wanted. If you are an application developer and wish to earn some money helping others, post your details under Fabrik Application Developers.
Both of these are unmoderated. It will be up to both parties to work out the details and come to an agreement.
For running J!5.1 you must https://fabrikar.com/forums/index.php?wiki/update-from-github/ or include the new file manually https://fabrikar.com/forums/index.php?threads/joomla-5-1-and-fabrik-cannot-find-files-error.54473/post-285151 See also Announcements
Hi HughWhat site template are you using? This was a known issue with some templates that included their own version of Bootstrap, not compatible with J!'s.
Are you running a recent github, or just the last release ZIP?
Also ... any question involving CSS or DOM formatting in general, we need a link to the page, as it's almost always going to be site / page specific.

Re your email request for a link to the github code.

If your Joomla template is overriding original Joomla bootstrap this is no question of Fabrik or updating Fabrik from GitHub.
You have to update the Joomla template.
Maybe the wrong Joomla template settings can be "reset" with custom CSS. But as Hugh says this is only possible with a link to your site.
