Display tables with multi columns from same field

Apologies for the delay, I get the error when clicking 'view data' from the lists page, and when viewing the list from a menu item in the frontend.

I just looked at the backend for "Weekly Hour Pivot 2", and it displays OK. I checked your settings ... had you previously left the "Group by" option on the pivot plugin blank?
