List, form and edit urls not working properly

Hello, I am just getting the hang of the new features in Fabrik. Thank you for such a nice component.

Although I am updating with the newest git changes I don't believe it will solve my issue. Please check these 2 links:

The add button, delete button and edit link (click on the city & region) are not working at all. Perhaps I have some wrong settings but these issues are the same in the front and back list and form.

The login is admin/admin for the administrator login

difficult to help you, I get a 'Fatal error' each time I try to edit an element or a form...

Any more information than that? Usually a 'fatal error' will have at least a filename and a line number?

Is there anything in your system error logs?

One thing to check is your PHP memory_limit. We need quite a lot of memory to do the element / form editing on the backend, a minimum of 64M.

whilst your template is squishng the buttons, they seemed to work ok for me.
