For PHP7 you should update from joomla3 GitHub (backup before).

Additionally can you set FabrikDebug=DebugJS in FabrikOptions/Debugging?

I think we've most of the JS loading issues we had in the joomla3 branch when we built 3.4.3. So you should be OK with the joomla3 branch. But as Troester says ... back up first ...

I can't see a real error.
I assume it's something element (or form) related.
Check
with form plugin unpublished
check your element validations:
- there's an empty one (nothing selected) in seance_id; BTW: where is this element in the form?
- in the salle_id validation you've set "always validate" although there's no ajax validation (no idea if this will do anything)

unpublish all elements (beside id) and publish one by one....

Do you have any other special element settings?

Is there any other form working on your side?

Not sure if this is sufficient in PHP7 or if this "last_error" must be cleared in logEval after it is logged (shouldn't it be cleared anyway after it has been "catched"?)
